La Aroma de Cuba
La Aroma de Cuba was first released in 2002 as a budget-friendly premium cigar manufactured in Flor de Copan in Honduras. The 2009 edition will mark a disctinct change in the cigar. This year Ashton the owners of the brand have decided to turn the operation over to Cigar master Don Pepin Garcia, who already makes San Cristobal, La Aroma de Cuba Edición Especial and other cigars for the Ashton. The size selection has been reduced to 6 popular shapes and most of the length and rings have had slight adjustments. The cigar remains in 25 ct boxes.
The new LADC features gorgeous chocolaty Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers and a rich, spicy blend of Nicarguan tobaccos. For the past 18 months, Ashton has been working very closely with the Garcia family to bring this new cigar to fruition. We believe they have successfully improved the flavor and quality of the cigar without compromising the richness and spiciness that loyal LADC smokers have relished for years.
